NUG disappointed for meeting of UN representative and military leader
The National Unity Government NUG strongly protested the meeting between UN Special Representative Ms. Nolin Heza and the coup leader, General Min Aung Hlaing.
In a statement issued by NUG last night regarding the trip, Ms. Nolin Heza flattered to satisfy the military rulers instead of protesting against the military dictators who are terrorizing and killing the public during the meeting.

The NUG pointed out that after this meeting, the military council’s violence did not decrease, and the next day, a village with 600 houses was burned.
In addition, if you look at the fact that the military council sentenced Daw Aung San Suu Kyi to prison on the next day of the UN representative’s visit, the military leader’s comments regarding Daw Aung San Suu Kyi during the meeting the statements are not credible.
