Eleven ethnic armed groups, including the ULA / AA, attended the 75th Union Day ceremony held on 12 February.
The ethnic armed groups participated were the NCA-affiliated ethnic armed groups such as the ALP, DKBA, KNU / KNLA-PC, NMSP, LDU and the Ethnic armed groups have not signed the NCA are also attended as – ULA / AA, RCSS, NDAA, SSPP and UWSA.
Among the organizations attending the Union Day, from Arakan – Daw Saw Myar Zar Lin, Vice-Chairman and another one person of the ALP, and two representatives from ULA /AA – U Oo Saw Hla, the political officer and the brother of ULA / AA Chief had attended.

Its fraternal allies – the MNDAA (Kokang) and the TNLA (Ta’ang) – did not attend while the ULA / AA joined the 75th Union Day ceremony.
On Union Day, in addition to the Union Day ceremony, the military council invited NCA-affiliated and non-NCA-affiliated armed groups to attend the talks for lasting peace.
Organizations that were invited but did not attend the ceremony were five NCA-affiliated ethnic armed groups and seven non-NCA-affiliated ethnic armed groups.
